Factory Phase II Upgrade Empowers ZRY FRP with Greater Capacity & Efficient Custom FRP Order Delivery

ZRY FRP has completed the phase II factory upgrading and expansion, with an additional 10,000 square meters of factory space. The overall production area has been greatly expanded to scale up comprehensive production capacity, driving a 40% increase in output of customized FRP products and a 25% reduction in overall delivery lead time.

Key Upgrades

- Expanded production zones with rationally divided independent operation sections and optimized workshop layout. Standardized production workflows minimize manual operational errors and greatly enhance manufacturing consistency and product quality stability.

- Expanded warehousing and auxiliary production areas with upgraded supporting facilities, optimizing material storage and transfer processes to ensure seamless connection of all production links.

- Expanded professional production teams with fully staffed positions for each process. Systematic vocational skill training has been implemented to strengthen the delivery capacity for customized orders.

- Dedicated workshops for customized production have been established to enable flexible switching between small-batch production and large-scale mass customization.

- Optimized comprehensive offline quality inspection systems, expanded quality control teams, and improved full-process manual inspection standards and acceptance procedures to comprehensively identify product defects and strictly control finished product quality.

Currently, the modern production base covers a total area of 50,000 square meters. It has established a full-cycle management system covering raw material warehousing, processing and production, as well as finished product delivery. Complete production ledgers and procedural records are maintained throughout all processes, fully meeting the stringent compliance requirements of clients in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, shipbuilding and other high-end industries.
